Diameters:
Tolerances on outside diameter shall be measured at the welding ends.
In order to guarantee the regular flow of the fluid through the fitting, the internal diameter in any section of the tee shall be above 70 % of the internal diameter at the welding ends.

Out of roundness:
The out-of-roundness (0) shall be calculated in percentage, using the following equation:
0= (Dmax-Dmin)/Dx100, where:
Dmax = max. outside diameter D, measured in the same plane, in mm;
Dmin = min. outside diameter D, measured in the same plane, in mm;
D = specified outside diameter, in mm.
For fittings of outside diameter D ≤ 406,4 mm, out-of-roundness, shall be included in the limits of the diameter.
For fittings of outside diameter D > 406,4 mm and with D/T less than or equal to 100,
out-of-roundness shall not exceed 2 %.
For fittings with a D/T ratio > 100 the values for out-of-roundness shall be agreed at the time of enquiry and order.

Out of squareness:
*** DIN 2615, subject to agreement can be reduced to 0,5 % with a maximum of 0,5 mm.
